About Our Family

The Vazquez family, are natives of Mexico, born in the village San Pedro Ocotlán Puebla.

The first generation of Vazquez family came to the United States in 1983. For more than 23 years they were employed in Mexican restaurants in Rockland and Orange County.  Some of the family members worked in kitchens while others worked as bus boys and waiters. After many years of hard work, the family decided to get together to open their first business, known as El Mexicano Restaurant located in Hudson Falls, New York.  In 2009, the Vazquez family opened their second El Mexicano Restaurant in Saratoga Springs, New York. The Vazquez family, are proud to be part of the American dream.
